Reception

I told Jared beforehand that he WILL NOT smash cake into my face and he agreed with a mischievous grin on his face=)

After the reception/opening wedding gifts

For the reception in Laramie, my incredible mother, Tammy was my very talented wedding planner, and took care of all the decorations and details. Of course my sissies Stephanie and Alayna tag-teamed with my mom to make not only my wedding perfect, but the reception a beautiful and memorable event. The reception was held at the Laramie Stake Center, and when you walked in the cultural hall it was completely transformed into a breathtakingly elegant, and gorgeous reception for Jared and I. My colors were black, white, silver, pale pink, and hot pink, and my decorations consisted of beautiful twinkling lights, tables filled with satin pink and white tablecloths with black runners, and pretty flower centerpieces. The room was filled with pictures of Jared and I and a slideshow on a big screen on stage to highlight some engagement pictures and memories. When you looked up there was a cloud of satin fabric elegantly strewn across the ceiling that gathered in the middle, filled with beautiful lighting that gave such a classy mood in the room. There was a beautifully crafted tallence where Jared and I, along with family were lined to greet friends and family that came to support and congratulate us. The black iron tallence and benches were lined with my pink roses and twinkling lights, and my cake was a four tear white cake decorated with roses and pink lace. The overall picture was simply overwhelmingly beautiful, and captured my personality and taste in a princess dream with elegant fixtures, twinkling lights, gorgeous flowers and beautiful colors. My mother is so incredible talented to have not only pulled it off, but succeeded beyond my wildest dreams in making such a lovely and warm reception that looked GORGEOUS! So, with the help of my wonderful sisters as co-decorators/designers, and friends and family, it was the most perfect and incredible reception I could have ever asked for! Thank you mother for sharing your undeniable talents, and to my sisters Stephanie and Alayna for helping and inspiring this reception along with mom!! You are the best momma and sissies EVER!! LOVE YOU LOTS!x0x0x0x0   

The Wedding Day!

 

 

Jared and I were married on June 22nd, 2006 in the Salt Lake Temple.  I remember the feelings of excitement and joy the morning I woke up and realizing I would be sealed for all eternity to the most wonderful man.  After being surrounded my friends and family, Jared and I were sealed together and it was the happiest, most indescribable moment of my life to be married to my handsome husband and eternal companion.  After the sealing Jared and I walked out the temple doors to be greeted once again by our loving family and we gathered together to take pictures.  I will always remember our marriage sealing and our deep love for each other that brought us together, never realizing how it could deepen even further.

Bridal Shower

 

 

 

My incredible mother and sisters threw me such an amazing bridal shower that was decorated so stinkin' cute! The room was filled with fun and games and yummy YUMMY food that everyone that came thoroughly enjoyed.  I received so many bridal gifts from dear friends and family that were so cute and fun, and interesting... but very fitting for a bridal shower=)  I felt so loved and supported by all those that came to my shower and to my momma and sisters who spent so much time and effort to throw me the party! It was so fun getting advice from those who were married and hear all the funny stories they had to share, and it was so hilarious when everyone dressed me in toilet paper and made such a fabulous wedding dress! It was an amazing bridal shower!!
